This year for our 3 year anniversary we really celebrated! We dropped Jason off with his Aunt Jody and we headed off to the Grand America Hotel! Our neighbor works at there so we got a great deal on our room! This hotel is great because they treat everyone like a VIP.
The Grand America
First we went swimming in their outdoor pool.
Then we went to dinner at Market Street Grill.
(I'm not a fish fan, and in fact the smell almost scared me away, but I'm glad we stayed. It was really good. I got some cheesy ravioli that was sure tasty!)
We got a free appetizer from the Grand America. We could choose from shrimp or key lime pie. I know Bryce loves shrimp so I decided we better do that.
I even tried it. (I hate shrimp.) But to my surprise... I liked it! Shocking!
After dinner we walked back to the hotel and went swimming in the indoor pool. It was really fun because we had it all to ourselves. It was a lot different than sharing the rec center pool with a ton of other people!
They even turned down our bed covers and set out robes and slippers for us. We even got chocolates on our pillows!

All in all it was a really fun night. I especially loved it because I got to spend the whole time with Bryce without any other distractions! He is the best husband I could ever hope for.

I am SOO jealous! I've told Brad many times that I would love to spend a night in a really nice hotel at least once before I die. Somewhere with chocolates on the pillows and room service and a nice pool. Someday. You're so lucky. And Bryce is a treasure and so are you!
