-Cleaning the house. Often times I will ask him to clean his room, and once he is started he doesn't stop there, he'll move on to the entire house! I can always count on him to help me tidy up when it needs it. Sometimes he even cleans up without being asked. He is wonderful!
-Being a loving big brother. Jason is so nice to Tyler and Kaylee! He is always being a peace maker and sharing with Tyler. And whenever Kaylee cries if it takes me a minute to get to her, you can bet Jas will be right there with her holding her and trying to make her laugh. He is definitely a big helper around this house!
-Playing basketball. This kid actually has quite a good shot and can dribble with both hands. He loves playing soccer, and baseball but his true passion is basketball and he cannot wait until he is old enough to play on a team!
I can't believe he turned 5! He was so excited for it. During pre-school last year he kept asking me when he would turn 5 since all of his friends seemed to be having their birthdays. :)
One day about a week before his birthday he said to me, "Mom, when it's my birthday, can I be in charge of you?"
I said, "Sure. If you were in charge what would you have me do?"
He replied, "Clean my room."
Jas celebrated his birthday while we were camping up at Fish Lake. So for his birthday he got to go fishing, riding his bike, have a birthday cake, have all his cousins there, and get a few presents. Overall I think he had a wonderful day.
Love this kid!
(The boys really wanted to drive the cars on that road on his birthday cake.)
So Tyler asked for a piece with the road on it and got to "drive" his car on it.
Jason thanking Tyler for his gift.
Jas is obsessed with basketball and was so excited to get a new bball to play with!
Happy 5th Birthday Jason!!!!
