Being a Mom

On a happier note, I love being a mom of a one-year old! Jason is just so cute these days. (Sorry I don't have any pictures for this story.) But while I was straightening my hair the other day Jason kept coming into the bathroom and grabbing my fingernail polish and then running out. He kept coming in and out, in and out, so I decided to peek out and see what he was up to. In the hall there was a little stream of sunlight coming in from his window and he had lined up the nail polish right on that line of light. He had orange in the back, a space, three pink ones in a row, and then a tiny little one in the front. It looked like he was even sorting them!

I just love how curious he is, and how inventive. It's so fun to see his little actions and it makes me wonder what's going on in his head. I love being a mom!
