June Already?!?

I realize it has been 3 (yes 3) months since I have last blogged!  Can it really have been that long!?  I guess time flies when you are so busy (and Crazy).

Summer is finally here!  I am so happy!  I love the lake, the warm sun, picnics at the park, no school for my Jas, and all that comes with it!  I am so excited for another summer and I know it just cannot be long enough!!

My little Kaylee J is getting so big!

She is almost 6 months old already!!!  I can't believe it.  She is sitting on her own; actually has been for a couple weeks now.  And still the sweetest baby ever!

She has been so interested in my food whenever I eat so I finally decided to let her try some oatmeal... She LOVED it.

She seriously hardly EVER cries.  She is amazing.  She didn't want me to forget just how wonderful she really is, so the other night she woke up from her sleep crying around 10:30 and wouldn't let me lay her back down.  We walked around for about an hour and then I finally got her to fall asleep, but she insisted on sleeping on me...  Made me realize even more just how sweet and easy going she really is!  I just love that girl so much!

Tyler is so funny.

I love the way he says everything and how he interacts with other children.  The other day I heard him talking to his friend Lyla, "Hey you. Hey you, mister! Do you want to jump on the couch?" Haha!  And no, I do not allow jumping on the couch in case any of you are wondering.

He has 2 little lions that he carries around everywhere and treats them like his little babies.  He is always taking care of them it is so cute.  He'll say to me, "Mom, be quiet, my lion is sleeping."  or "My lion is crying."  or "My lion wants to eat.  He's all done."  It is fun to watch him growing up so big.

Jason is just as HUGE as ever!

He had his last day of preschool last week and a concert for the parents.  It was so fun to see how excited he was for us to come and watch him.  Sadly Bryce wasn't able to come, so I videoed the whole thing so that he could watch it later that night.

Jason is the best big brother to Tyler and Kaylee.  He is so thoughtful and kind to both of them and such a big helper to me!  I feel so grateful that Heavenly Father sent me such a wonderful little boy!

He loves basketball.  He was cheering for the Jazz until they didn't make the playoffs and then he had to pick a different team to follow, so currently he is cheering for the Miami Heat and he could tell you everything you need to know about when they are playing, the score of the last game, how many games are won/lost in the series.  He seriously amazes me with his memory.  Basketball is what encouraged Jason to learn his double digit numbers.  Any time he would see a number written he will say, "Hey look!  A score!"  Haha!

He played soccer again this year and loved every minute of it!  I wish the season was longer, I couldn't believe how fast it seemed to fly by!

And I LOVE my husband!  He is so great!  He is always doing something, like making our yard look great, or cleaning out the garage.  (But mostly he is working on the boat - putting new speakers in, adding a depth finder, fixing the non-slip tape on the back, etc...)  He loves that boat.  Even Jason knows it.  He was telling me one day how his friend confided in him that he was in love with one of their little friends.  Then Jason went on to say, "I told him Daddy's in love with his boat."  Hahaha!!!  It is sad and true.  Haha.  I love my family!

And yes! that is a picture of me on a slalom waterski!! My goal this summer was to learn this fantastic sport and my second try I was up!  Now just to get more comfortable with it so I can make those pretty cuts like my husband does.  I'll never be as good as him and that's okay.  (I am not the one in love with our boat.) ;)

I love your family! I know it's a little hypocritical of me, but I miss it when you don't post for awhile. I need to use my camera more, so I will have something to post on my blog as well... Thanks for the fun updates!
