FiSh LaKe

So this year I didn't think I was going to go to Fish Lake, since I was exactly 8 months pregnant over the 24th of July, but I decided to tough it out and go (with the permission of my doctor of course.)

I am soo glad that I did! I was so worried about sleeping in a tent and just camping while being that pregnant, but it was wonderful! It was so relaxing and all but one night I actually slept really, really well. It was so fun to see all the family and just relax and enjoy the time down there.

Here are a ton of pics from the trip. I tried to limit myself, but there still ended up being lots, so ENJOY... or skip. Whichever you like. :)

Mary and Jason are best friends. They were often found playing together and having sooo much fun!
Here they are reading books in Jason's bed. They both climbed in there on there own and were being so cute together.
Aren't they cute??
While we were there Aiden caught a little baby bird.
It was soo cute, but the poor thing must have been scared to death. It did make for a good photo op though.
Bryce spent every minute he could out on the lake fishing. I think the little fishing boat was a great investment for him, he just loves it!
Here is a big ol' trout that he caught...
And here is a little tiny fish that he caught.
I went with him bright and early a few times,
and even caught a few fish of my own!
Jas loved the boat; he took his naps out there a couple of times.
Grandma Suzanne and Grandpa Richard gave Jason a fishing pole for his birthday! They could not have chosen a better gift for this miniature fisherman. He had soo much fun fishing with it, and he always caught a fish. And I loved it nearly as much cuz that meant he wasn't trying to use my pole the whole trip. :)
While we were there we celebrated Jason's 2 year birthday! I can't believe I'm the mom of a two-year old!
We bought a cake in Richfield, since I couldn't make one in the mountains very easy... (Maybe next year I'll plan on cobbler?) It was a Cars cake and that is Jason's absolute favorite movie right now, so it was fun.
He loved it.
And so did his cousins. (Oh Laney and Rebekah are so cute!)
Then he got to open presents!
There was a lot of time for relaxing while we were there.
The last morning we all cooked breakfast together.
Brent and Jody's cute kids:
Rebekah
and Ethan 'enjoying' breakfast.
Here's Bryce fixing our man-made shade. He's a monkey!
Cute pictures of Jason and Ryan:

Suzy brought a bunch of Austin's cars up to camp. Jason spent a lot of time lining them up. In fact if anyone wanted to actually play with one it would make him so mad if they'd take it out of his line. He could have 13 cars in line but he wasn't satisfied until that last one was happily in line with the rest.
And finally the last picture....
I tried to get a cute picture of me and my handsome husband... and this is what I got! What a stinker! And just before this he was posing so beautifully for Suzy. Sad. :(

Fish Lake was fun! And I'm so glad you were there.
PS I hate that hat now that I see how dumb I look in it. Stupid hat. I'll stick with the ball caps from now on! :)
