Tyler Siosefa!!!
This is my sweet new baby.
He was born on August 7th, so he's already 12 days old. I can't believe it's not even his due date yet...

I went to the doctor on Thursday and she told me I would probably have my baby that weekend. She was going out of town the next day at noon... Sound familiar? This exact same thing happened with Jason. I guess my babies just like to mix things up for me. One of these days I'll have a baby when my doctor can be there!
So anyway, Friday I made Bryce do a lot of fun things with me that I won't be able to do again for a while after having a new baby. We went fishing, out for ice cream, and out to a movie. It was really a great day; I had a really good time. That night before bed however, I told Bryce that I wouldn't be surprised if the baby came that night.
Well, I woke up about 1 AM with some contraction pains. Took a little bath to try and relax, by 1:30 we were headed into the hospital. We called grandma and so rudely woke her up from her sleep, snagged poor bud out of bed and hauled him into grandma's house. We were admitted and everything by 2:30 in the morning. I was dilated to a 6 1/2 when we got there. Bryce was amazing!! He really helped me relax through each contraction. It was a totally different experience than with Jason. I didn't have any medication with either, but with Jas I was NUTS. And with Tyler, I was soooo much more relaxed! It was amazing. Well, a little while later I was dilated to a 10, pushed 4 or 5 times, and found out that we had a brand new baby boy!
It was funny, as I getting really close, Bryce said to me, "Pretty soon we'll know if our baby is a boy or a girl!" My reply was, "I don't really care what it is, I just want to hold it." Mean mama! Bryce was the one to announce the gender of the baby. When he saw that Tyler was a boy he was awestruck thinking, "We have another boy!" And the doctor had to say, "Um.. Dad." Before he remembered to say anything out loud. :) I love that Bryce!
Well he was perfect in every way. His little head was round, he is nursing really well, he was like a 2% on the scale for jaundice... I couldn't be more blessed!
I sure do love this baby Tyler!

How big was he? And how long was he? He was what 2 weeks early? He is one handsome boy! I would be happy to do new born photos as his gift! Call me and we can get them scheduled. He is so cute!!!

Congrats! He's so hansome! You are amazing to have another natural birth. Glad this experience was better for you! So fun for Jason to have a brother!
